1.Sun Stroke/ Heat exhaustion/Dehydration (milder form)
Sweltering temperatures can make you feel hot and uncomfortable. At the same time, it can also get dangerous and harmful. Sun stroke, heat exhaustion and dehydration are well known heat-related health hazards. It occurs when the body is exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period of time and or is not allowed to cool down adequately. Outdoor activities like playing games, trekking, exercising in the open for longer durations in extreme heat can increase the probability.
Solution-
Avoid getting out during the most heated part of the day. Between 12 noon to 3 pm, when the sun rays are scorching.
Carry water bottle/fruit juices/ fluids to keep yourself hydrated while being out for long hours. Keep sipping at regular intervals.
Use caps/hats and dark sunglasses to protect your head and eyes from being exposed to direct heat and sun rays.

3.Skin Allergies
