With summer being round the corner, it’s time to get those flip flops on and enjoy the weather outside. Summer does come with amazing health benefits like-

1.Sun Stroke/ Heat exhaustion/Dehydration (milder form)


Sweltering temperatures can make you feel hot and uncomfortable. At the same time, it can also get dangerous and harmful. Sun stroke, heat exhaustion and dehydration are well known heat-related health hazards. It occurs when the body is exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period of time and or is not allowed to cool down adequately. Solution-

  • Avoid getting out during the most heated part of the day. Between 12 noon to 3 pm, when the sun rays are scorching.
